This is a rear kitchen extension. This is a side return and rear kitchen extension. This extension is a “Permitted Development”, that is no planning permission is required. This provided a rear kitchen, dinner and living space with dimensions of 5m wide by 7 metres long. The whole space is flooded with natural light from specialist roof light in the flat and pitched roof over the new extension. The rear garden is accessed and visible from the garden by very large rear patio doors.
The cost of the project is estimated to be in the region of £65,000, and the works will take around 12 weeks to complete.
